A summary, not the policy. Where the two differ, the sections below govern.

1. What is delivered

A purchase buys a fixed-term plan pass on your The Vastu Tool account. It raises your project limit and unlocks the paid features listed for that plan on the pricing page — watermark-free PDF exports, your own consultant details on every report page, and the higher project allowance.

No physical goods are sold. Nothing is posted, couriered, or handed over as a licence file or installer, and there is nothing to download in order to start: the tool runs in the browser you are already signed in to.

2. When it is delivered

Immediately. The plan is applied to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed — in practice within a few seconds of your paying, and the page you return to already shows the new plan. There is no dispatch time and no delivery window.

A payment made by UPI or net banking can occasionally take a few minutes to confirm on the gateway’s side, and very rarely longer if your bank is slow to respond. Your plan activates the moment that confirmation reaches us, whether or not you are still on the page — the confirmation arrives at our server directly, not through your browser, so closing the tab does not lose it. If nothing has appeared after that, see section 6.

3. Where it is delivered

To the account that made the purchase — the one signed in at checkout. The plan is available anywhere you sign in, on any device and any number of them, for the whole term of the pass. There is no per-device activation and no licence key to enter.

Nothing is delivered to a postal address, and we do not ask for one in order to sell you a plan. The address on your Billing details page is used for the tax invoice only.

4. Confirmation and invoices

Three things confirm a purchase, and you do not have to keep any of them for us to honour it:

  • The plan itself, visible on your My Plans page along with its expiry date and the transaction reference.
  • A receipt emailed to the address on the account, usually within a minute of payment.
  • A tax invoice, downloadable from My Plans. Fill in your billing details before buying if you need your business name and GSTIN on it.

If the email does not arrive, check the spam folder first — a receipt from an unfamiliar sender often lands there. The plan itself is unaffected either way.

5. Delivery charges

None. There is no shipping fee, handling fee, packaging charge or delivery surcharge, because there is no shipment. The price shown on the pricing page is in Indian Rupees, includes applicable taxes, and is the whole amount you pay — nothing is added at checkout.

6. If it does not arrive

If money has left your account and the plan has not appeared within thirty minutes, write to support@thevastutool.com or call +91 88497 82332 with the transaction reference from your My Plans page, or the reference in your bank’s SMS if the plan never reached that page.

We will either enable the plan or refund the payment in full. A payment that bought nothing is always returned: the Refund & Cancellation Policy’s usage conditions and its refund window do not apply to it.

7. Failed payments

A payment that fails at the gateway never reaches us, and no plan is created for it. Banks usually release the hold on those funds within 5–7 working days without anyone having to ask; your bank holds the money in the meantime, not us. If it has been longer than that, send us the reference and we will confirm in writing that we never received it, which is what your bank will want to see.

8. What you need to use it

A current browser — Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari, updated within the last year or so — and an internet connection. It works on a laptop, a desktop and a tablet; a phone screen will run it, but tracing a floor plan on one is uncomfortable and we would not recommend buying a plan for phone use alone.

No installation, no plugin, and nothing to keep updated. If your setup cannot run the Free plan, it will not run a paid one — which is the reason the Free plan needs no card.

9. Where we sell

The service is sold from India, in Indian Rupees. Anyone with internet access can use it, but pricing, taxes, invoicing and the refund policy are written for Indian customers, and your bank may add its own conversion charge if you pay from outside India. That charge is between you and your bank; we neither receive nor can refund it.

10. How long access lasts

For the full term of the pass, shown on My Plans from the moment it activates. Passes do not auto-renew and no card is kept on file, so access simply ends on the expiry date unless you buy another. Nothing is deleted when it does: your projects stay, and those beyond the Free plan’s limit become read-only until you buy again or remove some.

11. Cancellation and returns

There is nothing to cancel in transit and nothing to return, because nothing is in transit and nothing physical changes hands. To cancel a plan you have already been given, or to ask for your money back, see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
