What happens when my plan runs out?
Your projects stay exactly as they are. Paid modules lock until you renew — nothing is deleted, and everything unlocks again the moment a new plan is active.
Is there a charge per report?
No. A plan covers every report you make while it is active, on every project.
Do you store the floor plans I upload?
They are stored so your projects reopen where you left them, and they belong to your account alone. You can delete a project, or your whole account and everything in it, from your workspace at any time. See the privacy policy.
Can I use the reports with clients commercially?
Yes. Paid plans export without a watermark and carry your own consultant details on every page.
Which payment methods work?
Cards, UPI, net banking and wallets. Every price is in Indian rupees and already includes GST — the amount on the plan is the amount charged, nothing is added at checkout, and a GST tax invoice is issued for every payment. Card details are entered on the payment gateway's own page and never reach us.
When do I get access after paying?
At once. The plan is on your account the moment the payment is confirmed — nothing is shipped and nothing is downloaded. The delivery policy says what to do in the rare case a payment goes through and the plan does not appear.
How do refunds work?
Write to support@thevastutool.com within 7 days of paying, with your transaction reference. The refund policy says what qualifies and how long it takes.
